If you have persistent problems with your drain piping or have a suspicion that you may have a drain problem, we can visually inspect the line without damage, and determine its condition. This visual inspection is high quality and can locate even a hairline crack in the drain line. If a problem is detected the equipment can locate the problematic area and provide us with a depth for the pipe making the repair easier.

This sort of inspection sheds light on normal wear, roots, cracked sections, or even sagging all of which can cause significant hindrance of the natural flow.

We are equipped with the necessary tools to diagnose the leak quick with no guesswork involved.

Products We Offer

RootX is packaged as two dry powder components in one container.
When these components come in contact with water they create a sticky foam that fills the entire pipe, coating roots and pipeline surface with RootX formula.
RootX leaves a residual above the water line that continues to kill roots and inhibits new growth for up to 12 months.

Bio Clean

In nature all animal and vegetable matter is broken down and recycled into plant food by enzymes and bacteria. Bio-Clean uses this same principal to biodegradeable
organtic waste that accumulates in your plumbing system. Like all living things, bacteria must “eat” to survive. Fortunately the grease, hair, soap film and organic
waste are food for the bacteria in Bio-Clean. The enzymes oreoare this “food” for the bacteria by breaking down the large molicules into a size the bacteria can “swallow”.
When mixed with water, Bio-Clean immediately goes to work! The enzymes are very fast and start breaking down waste on contact. Bio-Clean contains billions of bacteria
and as they eat they double in number every 30 minutes! Unrestricted by gravity, they spread through the entire plumbing system, devouring all the organic waste.

Floodstop is a leak detection system. It uses brass motorized valves to automatically shut your water supply off once it detects your appliance leaking. The valves are full port with zero pressure restriction and are UPC approved. The devices can be powered by standard ac or by batteries. The valve have automatic monthly cycling to ensure that they are always working properly. With kits for every appliance and fixture in your home you can rest assure that the water will be stopped before any major damage is done.

Earthquake Valves

Earthquake valves are specialty valves that get installed in a gas system before it enters the building. These valves can sense the shaking from an earthquake and trigger the valve to close. This protects the interior of the building from any explosions or fires cause by damage to the gas system. The valves do need to be manually reopened to insure that its is safe to put the gas line back in operation.
